Carbide Ball Product Introduction


Carbide balls, commonly known as tungsten steel balls, refer to balls and balls made of cemented carbide. Carbide balls are ideally suitable for extremely harsh environments, and are extremely wear-resistant, impact-resistant and corrosion-resistant. Not easily deformed. Carbide balls are mainly composed of micron powders of carbides (WC, TiC) of high hardness refractory metals, with cobalt (Co) or nickel (Ni) and molybdenum (Mo) as binders. The powder metallurgy products sintered in a hydrogen reduction furnace are currently common hard alloys of YG, YT, YW series.

Carbide balls have high hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, bending resistance, and can be used in harsh environments and replace all steel ball products. It can be used in high temperature environment higher than 400℃, and the hardness of cemented carbide ball is ≥90.5.
